NX Training creates the bridge between technology experts and tried and tested teaching techniques to ensure that training delivery is focussed, effective and applicable in industry.We’re passionate about enabling learning through exceptional training and with over 15 years of teaching and coaching experience we know the pitfalls for learners and those delivering training.Our team have supported hundreds of individual educators to create meaningful learning pathways that bring exceptional results for thousands of learners and so we know what great training looks, sounds and feels like for all involved.

Training Review - A review of your current training, culminating in actions and next steps that can be taken internally. This is a great place to start to review the training you currently offer, what's working, what needs improving and prepare for building a vision for your future training offer.Training and development consultancy - Ongoing consultancy for the development of a training program which could include an online, in-person or hybrid approach. We believe that learning is life-long but training techniques are adapting all of the time to incorporate new research, technologies and approaches. How do you work out what training to deliver online and what to deliver in person? Should it be synchronous or a-synchronous? Led by the community or by an expert? We’ll help you answer all of these questions as well as support you through every step from design to delivery and then reflection to refinement.Trainer coaching - once you know what you want people to learn we support you in working out who is best placed to deliver the training and then coaching them in their delivery. This can include designing ice-breakers, practising training delivery, video feedback and reflection, coaching for clear communication, higher order and responsive questioning and many other training techniques.
